Out of town

I just dropped off Kimi's order for 9 burp cloths last night!!! They came out super cute....her 3 friends that are having babies are going to love them!!! Each one has their own center grosgrain ribbon (less than 7 inch on each side...for safety reasons) that is sewn onto the burp cloth at the ends. When rolled up it easily ties into a knot and unties. It can be neatly put in a diaper bag or anywhere else! I used a stop fraying glue on the ends of the ribbon to prevent any unraveling. ..the only thing missing is the label....they are coming...I will keep you posted... THANKS for the order sis!!!

The Scoop...

Everything is coming together little by little. I am in the process of creating labels and waiting for the packaging for the burp cloths to come in the mail. I am also alway sewing in my free time...that is when my little bundle of joy is sleeping or with grandma (thank you = ) ). I am very excited about my new business and will be updating my blog with new information about my burp cloths as much as I can!!! I will let you know when I am ready to sell the final product...but thank you Kristina and Kimi for my first sales!!! They were so sweet to order some cute burp cloths for their friends (without the labels..but still great!).....Thanks for all your support!!! I CAN'T SLEEP

I can't sleep! ..I have found the name I have been looking for....AKA Baby. It is perfect! It represents my family and my new business...How Exciting! "A" for AARON my husband. "K" for KATIE....me! "A" for AND......
The best part is the "Baby"...my little 8 month old son Keaton!!!
